Traffic Warden's Body Camera Footage Captures Attack By Hot-Headed Motorist

Metropolitan police have released body camera footage of an irate man assaulting a traffic warden in London, in an appeal to identify the suspect.

The shocking incident, which occurred on the 5th July in Southwark, depicts two men approaching the ticket inspector after he issued them a parking fine.

One male dressed in a grey tracksuit shouted at the officer before walking away, but the second furious passenger grabbed the warden’s mobile, throwing it onto the floor kicking it across the road.

The man of interest then assaulted the traffic warden, whilst shouting: "You take your job too seriously bruv."

The suspect who can be seen in the video footage has been described by police as a tall, black man wearing a white t-shirt.

After the attack the victim did not require any medical attention.
