Kristina Pimenova, the child model often referred to in the media ‘the most beautiful girl in the world’, has just landed a huge new contract.
The 10-year-old, who has starred in fashion campaigns for Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli, has signed a deal with LA Models and New York Model Management.
Although Pimenova will be featured on the agencies' 'Youths' sections, her career - which started age three - has caused a lot of controversy.
Critics have often said that the young girl is being sexualised, pointing to comments on her photos referring to her as 'hot' or a 'babe'.
Pimenova's Instagram account, run by her mother - former model - Glikeriya Pimenova, has over 1.2 million followers.
Although the 10-year-old only models children's clothing, and does not appear to be wearing makeup in her photos, the shots often involve her wearing little clothing and copying poses used by adult models.
Her mother also posts personal photos of Pimenova including in bikinis at the beach and in bed.
The 40-year-old has denied claims she is sexualising her daughter, telling MailOnline: "I am certain in my mind all her photographs are absolutely innocent.
"You must think like a paedophile in order to see something sexual in these pictures, so it is time for you to see a doctor."
