Urban Decay Ultimate Basics: Everything You Need To Know About The New Naked Palette

Swatches, photos, and release date ahead...

You asked, and they listened. Urban Decay are releasing yet another Naked palette.

This time around, it’s a remix of the beauty brand’s Naked Basics - an eyeshadow compact containing six matte neutral shades, available in two different colour combinations (called ‘1’ and ‘2’).

But instead of simply combining both into one mega palette, the new Ultimate Basics contains 12 brand new and never before seen shadows. *dies*.

Sticking with the Naked theme, the colours are all matte neutrals - but this time the packaging is far from ‘basic’.

The shadows are encased in a faceted rose gold palette with giant mirror and dual-ended brush.

Just look how pretty the shades are!

Urban Decay have only teased us with the photos above, but Instagram beauty insider Trend Mood has given us all the juicy deets - including shade names, swatches and a closer look at the layout.

‘Instinct’ - a medium pink-taupe-matte.

Below are all the shades swatched on pale skin (currently the only swatch snap available, but we’ll update if we find any more).

So pretty. So wearable.

The palette is set for release in the US on 18 September, and will ship to the UK via Sephora.

As for an official UK release date, we’re still waiting on it (but prepare yourselves now for mass hysteria).
