Hugo Dixon (Chairman and Editor-in-chief of InFacts) is a journalist and entrepreneur. He founded Breakingviews in 1999, which he chaired until it was sold to Thomson Reuters in 2009. He now writes a fortnightly column for Reuters, Breakingviews and The International New York Times, as well as occasional columns for other publications including The Financial Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Independent and The Times.
