Rachel MacDonald

Full-time copywriter extraordinaire and part-time world explorer

Rachel MacDonald is an Edinburgh-based freelance writer who spends a lot of time thinking about what's for dinner, even (especially) while eating breakfast. She began her career writing about menopause from a penthouse office in the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture, but now writes about anything she takes an interest in. Today this includes walruses, sloe gin, saving the planet, picnic cuisine, and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
