A Healthy Reading List for Those In Power

When it comes to obesity we often say education is key, and absolutely it is, but we often think of just educating children and those of lower incomes but what about those on rather large incomes and more importantly in the positions of power to help reverse it?

I have created a 3 book reading list for the 3 major players who have an influence of the current obesity epidemic in the UK; President of Coca Cola Europe James Quincey, President of MacDonald's Northern Europe Jill MacDonald and last but not least Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt MP. If anyone can help me get this reading list to these 3 people of power it would be very much appreciated, and if they agree to read them I'll even buy them and personally deliver it to them!

1) The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe
A true insight into how the obesity epidemic came to be and what we can do about reversing it.

2) Why We Get Fat : And What To Do About It by Gary Taubes
A great read that simply explains the science behind why we really get fat in today's world, it isn't because of FAT, and what we can do as individuals to help ourselves.

3) The Great Cholesterol Con by Dr. Malcom Kendrick
Find out the truth about cholesterol and why it's not the cause of chronic heart disease!

If anyone out there what's to find out why everything with our health today has gone wrong read these 3 books and it will completely open your eyes to the fact that everything that the government and large corporations are recommending are just fallacies that need to be corrected. The first MP or chief executive to swallow their pride, admit that we got it wrong and start to improve things will get a healthy hand shake from me along with personal training for life!
