A Liberal Democrat MP who voted for the smoking ban in England is now questioning whether the policy is having unintended consequences.
John Hemming MP told the Daily Politics on BBC Two whether the ban was harming business and wasting energy. He told the programme that many pubs were now paying for outdoor heaters, driving up bills and increasing Britain's carbon emissions.
