A new Comic Relief campaign is going viral to help raise awareness about the important role family members play in bringing up vulnerable children, who sadly cannot live with their parents.
Around 25,000 grandparents over the age of 65 raise 30,000 grandchildren in the UK, and around the country, a massive 73,000 children are looked after away from home.
