Apprentice hopeful Natasha Scribbins has said she was fired because she ran out of energy.
The recruitment manager became the 12th candidate to be kicked off the BBC1 show last night.
Lord Sugar told her: "You started like a house on fire but I've found you lacklustre in the last few weeks."
The former Amstrad boss was also disappointed she failed to use her hospitality degree in this week's fast-food challenge.
Scribbins admitted: "I showed him a lot of energy at the start but the weakness that he saw was that I didn't carry it through in the end."
After watching the episode she said: "I wanted to jump in the screen and give myself an extra energy boost.
"I gave so much energy in the beginning that by the time I got to the end I had run out of gas."
Speaking to The Sun, Natasha confessed to clashing with rival Susan Ma, saying: "Susan is only 21 and hasn't been in a corporate environment for nine years like me.
"So it's difficult to adapt to working with someone in that way."
The final four remaining contestants on Alan Sugar's show - Susan Ma, Helen Louise Milligan, Jim Eastwood, and Tom Pellereau - will compete in the final on Sunday.
