Former EastEnders actress Hannah Waterman has given birth to a baby boy with her partner, The Bill star, Huw Higginson.
Hannah hit the headlines earlier in the year when she was pictured sporting a huge baby bump - at the time, her new relationship - and indeed her pregnancy - had been closely guarded secret.
Hannah, 36, began dating Huw last year after she split from her husband and former EastEnder's work-mate, Ricky Groves.
Romance was said to have blossomed with Huw - who she had been friends with for ten years - after she put him up in her flat when he separated from his wife, Geraldine Dove-Higginson.
Hannah was quoted at the time her pregnancy was first revealed as saying she had been keen to start a family, and because of her age did not want to leave it too long:
'I'm 35 and I didn't want to wait around because, as everyone knows, it can be harder to conceive as you get older.
'But we didn't expect it to happen so quickly.'
