Michael Fassbender was last seen playing one of the comic-book world’s most evil villains – Mageneto, in X-Men: First Class.
Now here he is stroking a stranger's little dog in Croatia. Unfortunately, the mutt doesn’t seem interested. Doesn’t he know who Magneto is and the powers he beholds?
If you were hoping to see more of Fassbender than this little holiday snap (nice as it is), you won’t have to wait long as he has what feels like hundreds of films coming out.
Firstly he’ll star in an adaptation of Charlotte Bronte’s Jayne Eyre with Alice In Wonderland’s Mia Wasikowska, out on 9 September.
Also exciting is his role as Paul, in Steven Soderbergh’s action-thriller Haywire, alongside his X-Men co-star Ewan McGregor, out on 20 January 2012.
And of course, he’s working on Ridley Scott's eagerly-awaited 2012 return to the Alien film franchise in Prometheus, where he’ll star with Charlize Theron and Luther’s Idris Elba.
