Co-sleeping is one of those things that divides parents in the same way as smacking, Fruit Shoots and extended breastfeeding does: you're either in the 'it works for me' camp, or it is, quite simply, the Devil's own sleeping arrangement.
Alex Reid's mum Carol was obviously all for it though, given that the Daily Star runs a lengthy piece today on how Jordan's ex (and Chantelle Houghton's current) shared the matriarchal bed until he was 13 years old.
Carol, now 70, tells the Star how Alex was the baby of the family and therefore indulged:"I suppose you could call him a bit of a mummy's boy, as he slept in my bed until he was 13."
"My husband Bob and I weren't strict with our six children, and Alex never had to go to bed until I did. He comes across as a hard case but he's tough on the outside and squidgy on the inside."
Blimey...
What do you think about co-sleeping? And at 13?
