Libyan rebels have captured Saif al-Islam, the eldest son of leader Muammar Gaddafi, the International Criminal Court has confirmed.
The capture comes as fighters advance on the capital Tripoli, suggesting an end to Gaddafi's 40-year rule is coming to an end.
The dictator's eldest son, Mohammed al Gaddafi, is also reported to be under house arrest and another son Saadi is said to be in custody.
