Ah, so there are posh-post-pregnancy mums, and there are REAL mums, and Mel B looks reassuring like the latter as she made her way through LAX airport with newborn daughter Madison and four-year-old Angel Iris.
With apparent apathy for the omnipresent paparazzi, who even photographed her in labour staggering to hospital, Mel looked glowing, make up free, and with that refreshingly dishevelled 'I am a Mummy!' look we all want to see a celeb sporting once in a while.
Mel was thought to be jetting off to Australia, where she is a judge on their version of X-Factor, so with a long-haul flight with two little 'uns ahead of her, we suspect a high fashion, perfectly coiffed look was the last thing on her mind!
Baby Madison was shielded from prying eyes by a flower-print blanket and appeared to be strapped onto her mummy in a baby sling. Meanwhile, little Angel - the daughter of Eddie Murphy - clung firmly to Mel's hand as they made their way through the airport.
Despite her unruly locks, tired eyes and comfy loose top and leggings, Mel did make one concession to style with a pair of high heeled boots - not quite in the same height league as a certain work colleague of hers, but just un-mumsy enough to require help in removing as she checked through security!
