Cee Lo Green Quits UK Version Of 'The Voice'

PRESS ASSOCIATION -- Cee Lo Green has reportedly been forced to pull out of the UK version of The Voice.

The rapper stars alongside Christina Aguilera as a judge on the US talent show, and had been due to take his place on the panel of the new BBC version, saying in July: "I have been offered the coaching gig. I plan to take it."

But The Sun has reported that due to scheduling clashes, Cee Lo has been forced to commit to the US show and will not be able to take part in The Voice over here.

Jessie J, Lenny Kravitz and Dannii Minogue are among those rumoured to be in the running to appear as judges on the show when it begins on Saturday nights early next year.

Minogue, 39, quit The X Factor earlier this year, blaming scheduling difficulties as the audition dates clashed with the live shows of Australia's Got Talent.

Jessie J recently appeared on The X Factor as Tulisa's guest mentor for the judge's houses round, to help her pick her final four.
