If you've got a book to promote, there's no better way of drawing attention to it than by looking absolutely fabulous yourself.
And Tess Daly did just that for her appearance on This Morning, practically setting daytime TV on fire in an eye-catching dove-grey off-the-shoulder bandage dress.

She teamed the look with huge hoop earrings and a rock-a-billy quiff, creating an ensemble that defied her 42 years.
Tess' new book, The Camera Never Lies, is a novel that, she says, is not autobiographical but is based on her experiences in fashion and TV.
While on the show, Tess told hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, that she was thrilled about fellow Strictly Come Dancing host Bruce Forsyth's knighthood, gushing: 'Ah isn't it wonderful. I shall have to curtsey before him on Saturday night! He'll love that.
'I'm so happy for him and he's thrilled to bits. Genuinely thrilled.'
And her Strictly Come Dancing frontrunner? 'Holly is a babe. I think she's going to surprise us... I think she could be this season's Alesha.'
