Liz Hurley and Shane Warne won't be signing a pre-nuptial agreement before they tie-the-knot, the cricket legend has reportedly said.
Warne, 42, told reporters in Sydney, where he was launching a Hot Wheels toy car, that the pair, who met last year, have not yet talked about a wedding date.
The Aussie father-of-three said: "There has not been one chat about what date, where, anything like that. It hasn't been brought up once.
"We're in no rush to marry.
"We're a bit romantic and old school and are enjoying being engaged for a while."
Warne said of a pre-nup: "I don't think we'll worry about that stuff."
Meanwhile, Hurley, 46, has revealed on Twitter that she often apologises to her Gossip Girl co-stars because of the things her "manipulative" character says to them.
The actress and model's engagement comes after her four-year marriage to businessman Arun Nayar ended in divorce at the High Court in London in June.
