George Clooney never tries to tell his wrestler girlfriend what to do.
Asked whether he minded former pro wrestler Stacy Keibler, 32, tweeting about "smiling all day long", the Hollywood star told Rolling Stone magazine that he didn't interfere.
"She can do whatever she wants," he said. "I rarely tell anybody what they should be doing with their life."
George, 51, whose new film The Descendants opens in January next year, also told the mag that he was "young, very young, too young" to have lost his virginity at the age of 16.
And the Hollywood heartthrob revealed something of his sense of humour, saying: "Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh. Saying the word 'fart' makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions. Farts. To me, there's nothing funnier."
The Oscar-winning star said he and his friends "think it's one of the funniest things in the history of mankind".
George's current girlfriend Stacy was known as Super Stacy during her seven-year stint as a wrestler, with her signature move being the Roundhouse Kick.
The star split from girlfriend of two years, Italian model and actress Elisabetta Canalis, in August, reportedly because Elisabetta was keen to tie-the-knot.
