The Queen led tributes to our war heroes today during a service in Whitehall watched by thousands to mark Remembrance Sunday.
It was the first time Duchess of Cambridge's style was fittingly sombre and stylish, and she donned a bowler-style hat with a bow adornment by milliner Jane Corbett, and a double-breasted Diane von Furstenberg coat with a fur-trimmed collar.
The three royal ladies watched as 7,500 veterans marched past the Cenotaph, while crowds gave them a round of applause.

David Cameron and his wife Samantha Cameron were also in attendance, and Sam Cam was similarly chic in a black coat and subtle hat.
Royals, including Prince Philip, Charles and William, all laid a wreath at the foot of the Cenotaph, and also observed a two-minute silence to mark the event.
