The family of child art prodigy Kieron Williamson, nine, have said they are to stay in their home town of Norfolk despite having offers of exhibitions from around the globe.
The little boy's landscapes have been fetching thousands of pounds since last year, with his new works of Norfolk and foreign scenes recently selling out in 10 minutes and fetching between £1,250 and £15,595 a painting.
His mum Michelle told the BBC Kieron had received offers to exhibit in Australia, Germany, Hong Kong and the US, but admitted they would be "crazy" to leave Norfolk and his local fan-base. She added that "the support of family, friends and locals" was the "most important part" of Kieron's burgeoning career.
She said the family was "really pleased that people are still coming to see his work," and that "the most important thing is the support we've had on a local level."
Mrs Williamson said Kieron would like to travel abroad to paint in the future, but the time had to be right.
"I fully expect him to want to travel the world and he's going to want to paint it," she said,
"He would love to go abroad and paint Italy and Venice and Paris and other parts of France. He doesn't see his age as any boundary and he can't wait to do that. We keep reminding him that he's got the rest of his life to fit all this stuff in, but we're just trying to support him the best way we can and protect him as much as we can."
Kieron's painting of Suleymaniye Mosque in Istanbul recently sold for £15,595.
