The singer took to the stage to open and close the Grammy Nominations concert in LA yesterday, and surprise surprise, she wasn't wearing an LBD.

We haven't quite put our finger on what was going for with this latest look, but the scraped back hair and painted-on bones makes us think she's doing her best zombie-skeleton hybrid.

Aside from her shocking style, Gaga received three nominations at the awards, including Album of the Year and Best Solo Pop Performance. Surely there should be an award for her outfit effort?
