The Los Angeles branch of Bafta held its annual Britannia Awards last night to honour those who have dedicated themselves to advancing the entertainment arts. The red carpet didn't disappoint and we saw Dame Helen Mirren, Helena Bonham Carter (a longstanding MyDaily girlcrush and recipient of the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year) and Felicity Jones - new face of Dolce & Gabbana's makeup line - strutting their stuff.

P.S. Our favourite fact of the night came courtesy of the @BAFTALA official twitter feed which informed us: "Helena Bonham Carter and Helen Mirren both just referred to each other as goddesses of 'couldn't give a f*ck-dom'" - if someone could just pop that on a T-shirt for us that would be grand!
