A baby boy has died from head injuries after a television set fell on him at his home in Burnley, Lancashire.
Four-month-old Kian McMillan died 24 hours after the tragic accident, despite doctors battling to save him. He was initially taken to the Royal Blackburn Hospital, but was later transferred to Manchester Children's Hospital where he died at 2am on Wednesday.
The baby's mother Natalie, 24, and a man of 40 were arrested on suspicion of child neglect but were later released on bail.
Mourners left soft toys, flowers and cards outside the family's home, one of which was from the little boy's aunt and uncle. It read: "To our sweet little Kian. In our thoughts always. We love you so much our little angel. Miss you always. RIP, goodnight, goodbye."
The police said the investigations are ongoing and they are treating Kian's death as 'unexplained'.
An inquest was expected to open today at East Lancashire coroner's office.
