McFly 'Sell-Out' Performances After Strictly And Celebrity Reality Success

McFly To 'Sell Out' Performances After Reality TV Success

Brit band McFly can expect sell-out performances at their tour next year after taking a second reality TV crown in a month.

On Saturday night, the band's drummer Harry Judd was named winner of Strictly Come Dancing, beating Chelsee Healey and Jason Donovan in the BBC One dance contest's final at the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool.

His victory comes after McFly bassist Dougie Poynter won ITV reality show I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! at the start of this month.

The band were united in their celebrations after Judd's bandmates ran on stage and hugged him excitedly as the result of the show was announced.

The band are set to tour the UK in 2012, starting in March, and their popularity can be in no doubt after four additional shows were added to the Up Close And Personal tour on Friday.

Tickets for the extra dates, in York, Birmingham, London and Manchester, will go on sale on Wednesday.
