A train has collided with a lorry at a level crossing in Carmarthenshire.
British Transport Police said officers are investigating the incident near Whitland.
The collision happened at 9.50am on Monday in the Llanboidy area. Paramedics are at the scene.
A spokeswoman for The Welsh Ambulance Service said three people are being treated for minor injuries and were due to be taken to West Wales General Hospital in Carmarthen shortly.
As a result of the collision, train services in the area are disrupted.
A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesman said: "BTP officers were called to the railway line at Henllan Amgoed, Whitland, Carmarthenshire, after a report that a train had struck a vehicle towing a trailer over Llanboidy crossing.
"The incident was reported to BTP at 9.55am. Colleagues from Dyfed-Powys Police, the Welsh Ambulance Service and Mid & West Wales Fire & Rescue Service also attended.
"The train remained upright and on the tracks following the collision. It is believed there were around 50 to 60 passengers on the train and initial reports suggest that two have been treated for shock.
"An investigation is under way into the cause of the collision, including how the vehicle came to be on the tracks, and the Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) has been notified."
The train involved was the 9.10am Milford Haven to Manchester Piccadilly Arriva Trains Wales service.
