Axed TOWIE star Harry Derbridge has revealed he cried for an hour when he heard he was no longer needed for the show.
It was recently revealed that Harry, who has been in the structured reality show since it launched in 2010, would not be in the fourth series and that 12 new cast members would be joining.
Speaking to The Sun, Harry said: "It was a shame. I cried for about an hour when I heard. They've got 12 new characters going in which is so many."
The camp teen recently thanked his fans for their support but hinted that he may get his own show like his cousin Amy Childs.
When news of his departure from The Only Way Is Essex broke, Harry tweeted: "Hiya! I really did not want you to all find out so soon but it's out there, I am not in TOWIE anymore as I am moving onto different things.
"Thank you all for your support and keep following and checking out, and I will see you on all on tv again very soon."
Shut uuuuuup! Harry starring in his own show could be hilarious and he plans to take his classic catch phrases with him.
He said: "I'm taking 'shut up' with me so don't anyone say it without permission.
"Nobody can say 'shut up' like me and Amy. No one can take away the vajazzles, the honeys, the professionals, the 100%, well-jels, the shut-ups. I'd 100% love to set up a rival show with the others that have left."
Harry's pal Sam Faiers backs Harry 100% and says he dealt with the departure like a true professional.
In her Star magazine column, she said: "I'm really upset about Harry leaving TOWIE and am really going to miss him. To me, he was one of the show's ambassadors, like Nanny Pat, and everyone loves him.
"It was a bit of a shock to the system for him at first, but he's dealt with it in a really good way."
On his reality television experience, Harry said: "TOWIE made me and was amazing for me. I couldn't have wished for a better show.
"It's not ending, I'm moving on. If the new series of TOWIE is on when I'm in then of course I'll watch it."
