Christine Bleakley: Dancing On Ice Star Hit By Negative Comments

'The Warmth Of A Cold Tap'

Christine Bleakley refuses to be upset by the hate messages that have followed her replacing of Holly Willoughby as the co-host of ITV’s Dancing on Ice.

The 32-year-old, who has presented two shows in the series so far, has been hit by a tirade of negative comments.

Reported by the Mail, she has been called “the ugliest presenter on TV”. One poster on Twitter said she “deserves to die”. Another said she “had all the warmth of a cold tap”.

However, Phillip Schofield, her silver-haired co-presenter, has jumped to Bleakley’s defence, saying: “Christine did a lovely job.”

According to ITV, there are no plans to replace Bleakley. “We’ve had positive feedback about Christine and Phillip Schofield presenting the new series,” said an ITV spokesperson.
