Christine Bleakley refuses to be upset by the hate messages that have followed her replacing of Holly Willoughby as the co-host of ITV’s Dancing on Ice.
The 32-year-old, who has presented two shows in the series so far, has been hit by a tirade of negative comments.
However, Phillip Schofield, her silver-haired co-presenter, has jumped to Bleakley’s defence, saying: “Christine did a lovely job.”
Speaking to the Sun, Bleakley said: “If two or three people are wanting to say something that is not nice out of ten million watching then that's fine. I was overwhelmed by the lovely comments I got and that's all I focus on.”
According to ITV, there are no plans to replace Bleakley. “We’ve had positive feedback about Christine and Phillip Schofield presenting the new series,” said an ITV spokesperson.
