Rihanna is a prolific tweeter and her recent Hawaiian holiday has seen her adopt the social networking site as a kind of public photo album. The latest event to be documented is her visit to the tattoo parlour.

The accompanying caption is "Tat my f*ckin name on u girl so I know its real!!! #MINE".
So does that mean she has had her own name tattooed on herself? We suppose that would make sense given how much time she spent asking Drake what her own name was while he was trying to work out the square root of 69 in What's My Name. True story. It's 8.307 to three decimal places in case you're wondering. And Rihanna's name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty in case that was bothering you as well.
There was also this picture of RiRi with 'Thug Life' fake-tattooed on her fingers with the help of a pink marker pen. Kind of like when you were at school and used your Tipp-Ex pen to write things on your nails. Her caption? "♫ All these bitches screaming that 2pac back ♫ #THUGLIFE". Her musical references seem to be very dead-person-oriented as she is also wearing a John Lennon tee shirt and is sitting on what looks like a print of Amy Winehouse.
There's currently a lot of speculation as to whether the words have become inked a little more permanently - we're thinking it's a distinct possiblilty, mostly because if you scroll to the next picture down it looks like Rihanna has her finger bandaged exactly where the letters would be.

Also present in the tattoo parlour was actor Danny Trejo, for whom Rihanna took it upon herself to do a spot of PR, tweeting: "Look who's in the #TATTOO parlor...Danny Trejo #G4L p.s. Look up his story!"

This modern technology is marvellous, isn't it? In the olden days she would have had to make do with a MySpace account and all of these pictures would have been covered in flashing eye-breaking sparkles.
