Joan Collins is keeping a vigil at the bedside of daughter Katyana Kass after she hit her head in a fall at the film star's Hollywood apartment block.
Katyana, 41, slipped in the foyer of Dynasty legend Joan's luxury home after a swim and was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital in Beverly Hills where she underwent minor surgery to one of her cheekbones following the incident.
Speaking to The Mirror, a source said: "Joan spent the night in hospital with her and hasn't left her side. She's clearly worried and upset about it."
Joan, 78, is said to have returned to her home near Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles to find her daughter lying in a pool of blood.
A source told The Sun: "She hit her head on the door knob and then the marble floor."
Katyana is said to be recovering quickly and doing well.
