Celebrity Big Brother's Nicola McLean has branded her decision to take part in the show as "the worst of her life".
The WAG and former page three model has admitted she regrets appearing on the reality show as it was a "horrible" experience.
Speaking on ITV1's This Morning, the star told hosts Holly Willoughby and Eamonn Holmes: "It was horrible in there, everything was horrible.
"Honestly, it was probably the worse decision of my life to go in there," she said.
Nicola even admitted she would advise people to appear on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, rather than enter Britain's most famous bungalow - despite having access to luxuries and the absence of critters.
When Holly admitted she would like to take part in Celebrity Big Brother, the former glamour model told her: "Holly, please take my advice, not a lot of people take my advice, but go and eat bugs in the jungle - do not go into the Big Brother house!"
Nicola received a hostile reception upon her eviction from the Big Brother house last Wednesday and appeared visibly upset at the crowd's reaction during her interview with Brian Dowling.
Many of the crowd turned against her after her involvement in the argument between Denise Welch and Karissa and Kristina Shannon, when the Loose Women star pulled down Karissa's pyjama bottoms during a party.
But as she chatted to Holly and Eamonn, Nicola seemed to infer that the editing may have had a role in how the public perceived her. Hmm, we've never heard that one before.
"There were good points and I made some really good friends in there, but the editing is very clever," she said.
Oh well Nic, just think of the paycheck, yeah?
