A man has been shot and killed in north London.
The incident happened near the Tube station Turnpike Lane.
According to Scotland Yard, police were called following reports of a shooting in Langham Parade at around 3.30pm on Wednesday.
An air ambulance was called, but Scotland Yard said the man, believed to be in his mid-30s, was declared dead at the scene.
According to the police, the man’s next of kin are being sought.
One person has been arrested. Police are appealing for witnesses.
Reported by the BBC, the Metropolitan Police confirmed that it is the second fatal shooting in the capital this year.
According to Transport for London, Turnpike Lane Tube station is open.
