US First Lady Michelle Obama has made it her mission to get America off their sofas and into their running shoes.
With her 'Let's Move!' initiative building up steam, she wants both young and old Americans to get active and get healthy - but to raise awareness of her plan, she needs a little help.
Some of that help has recently come in the form of late night talk show host Jimmy Fallon, who took some out yesterday to compete with Mrs. Obama in a variety of activities, including tug-o-war, press-ups and running up stairs.
It's an eminently refreshing bit of video that shows that yet again, the White House isn't afriad of looking a little silly for a good cause - just the other day Barack himself was firing a marshmallow cannon across a room in the name of science.
