Russell Brand Forced To Stop Show After Migraine Attack

Brand Forced To Stop Show

Funny man Russell Brand was forced to stop his stand-up show in Los Angeles on Thursday night as he suffered a migraine attack.

The 36 year old was in the middle of the low-key 90-minute set when he announced: “I have a terrible pain. I need pain killers. Sorry about this. I feel nauseous now. I feel sick.”

The Mirror reports he was able to continue the show after aides brought him medication from the side of the stage but added: “I think I’m such a professional showman. This is beyond ridiculous stopping to take medication.”

Could it be the realisation that he has waived a huge portion of Katy Perry’s million pound fortune in divorce papers on Tuesday?

It has been a stressful few months for Brand after he announced he would divorce the singer in December due to “irreconcilable differences”.

At the show on Thursday Brand also reportedly said he had become “disenchanted and disillusioned” with life as a celebrity.
