Perhaps in a nod to cinema's fond nickname, the silver screen, Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry both get dolled up in their silvery grey finest to head to the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar Viewing Party.

Katy Perry sparkled in a sequinned swirl-effect gown which we actually love. It suited her down to the ground without being too cartoonish and we rather liked the cute flick of blue hair. Well played, Perry. Well played.
Miley Cyrus picked an altogether more demure Roberto Cavalli gown which wouldn't have looked out of place on TOWIE's Lydia Bright. We're not entirely sure that it suits the singer (for one thing it's making her shoulders a little broad) but full marks for the Hollywood glamour hair and makeup!
