The usually glamorous mum of three ditched the sparkly outfits, high heels and face full of slap for a charity run yesterday.
Also taking part was her on/off boyfriend Leandro Penna - although judging by our snap they look very much the former at the moment.
The pair got down and dirty as they ran through muddy ditches and clambered over climbing walls as part of the X Runner challenge in Brailsford, Derbyshire.
Katie's choice of leggings for the race meant we didn't get a glimpse of her completed garter tattoo. The inking - which she revealed a few weeks ago - has now been filled in with colour. Her mate Dane Bowers - who she is currently recording with - uploaded a snap of the completed tat earlier today.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Katie is reportedly suing Peter Andre for 'breach of confidence'.
According to reports, the model has alleged that her ex hubby has misused personal information about her. Her former manager Claire Powell, CAN Associates and former friend Jamelah Asmar are also named in the legal papers.
A spokesperson told Entertainment Wise: "We can confirm that having spent a number of months trying to get to the bottom of issues that occurred in 2009, Katie Price has reluctantly had to issue proceedings against Claire Powell, CAN Associates, Peter Andre and Jamelah Asmar. There will be no further comment at this time".
Huffington Post Celebrity have contacted Katie's management for further comment but have yet to hear back from them.
