Nicola McLean is six weeks pregnant with her third child with footballer husband Tom Williams.
The Celebrity Big Brother star says she is thrilled but shocked at the news, which she puts down to not knowing about her pregnancy - particularly as she had been snapped looking worse for wear just a few days before.
The model - who is already a mum to sons Rocky and Striker - told OK! magazine that she didn't know she was pregnant when she enjoyed a boozy night out with her husband.
"I wasn't being irresponsible," she said. "I didn't know I was pregnant - now I do, there's no way I'll drink. For one glass, I don't see the point. I don't enjoy it enough. I would never risk my child's health.
"I know the dangers of drinking and smoking while pregnant. I was massively addicted to dieting but the second I fell pregnant, my addiction went out the window because I don't want my unborn child not to be getting enough food just so I can be skinny - it's ridiculous."
Nicola took to Twitter to confirm the news and after having two boys the model is keeping everything crossed for a girl, saying: "Thank you all so much @MrTomWilliams and I are super happy A girl this time??? Lol"
