They spent the last 24 hours living it up and partying in the Miami sunshine, so the late nights and heavy boozing were bound to catch up with TOWIE girls Lauren Goodger and Frankie Essex sooner or later.
And the pair certainly looked to be nursing sore heads as they spent the day recovering from the night before by lazing around the pool.
After sparking up a fag, Frankie bantered with the paps who had caught the pair looking less glamorous than they had at yesterday's beach party, where there was not a hair out of place or a makeup free face in sight.
Despite their delicate states, it wouldn't be long before they were back on it again, as Lauren told her Twitter followers she was hitting the town again.
"I've got giggles bad cos I'm hungover n lack of sleep makes me in silly mood lol with the girls but going rock on this evening can't wait x," she tweeted.
