Last week saw Katherine Jenkins show her steamier side with a jive on Dancing With the Stars.
This week, she and her partner Mark Ballas took on the waltz, which saw them wow the judges and come out on top of the leader board.
But it was an emotional night for the Welsh soprano, who had broken down earlier on camera as she spoke about her father.
The theme of the evening was 'Most Memorable Year of Your Life', and she chose 1996, when she was 15, learned that her father had lung cancer and had to rush to say goodbye to him before he slipped away.
The pair danced to Josh Groban's song of loss, To Where You Are, and Jenkins said, "I wouldn't be where I am today without my dad, so, dad, this waltz is for you."
