Real Madrid Forward Cristiano Ronaldo Insults Athletic Bilbao's Javi Martinez After Title Win (VIDEO)

WATCH: Ronaldo Insults Martinez After Madrid Title Win

Despite becoming a Primera Liga champion with Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo wasn't happy enough at the final-whistle when Javier Martinez walked his way.

Having defeated Athletic Bilbao 3-0 to seal their first title since 2008, while other Madrid players celebrated, Ronaldo's feud with Martinez continued beyond the 90th minute.

Martinez was sent off during the game and had been involved in a slanging match with the Portuguese at the San Mames stadium.

The Spanish press later reported Martinez told Ronaldo: "Don’t celebrate too much, I’m a World Cup champion and you’re not, clown," after he emerged onto the pitch following the final whistle.

Martinez was part of Spain's 2010 World Cup-winning squad, and his jibe at 27-year-old Ronaldo, a three-time Premier League winner and European Cup winner, provoked the ex-Manchester United player to make an obscene gesture.
