Sarah Jessica Parker has insisted she won't be giving any tips to the actress playing her Sex And The City character in a new TV show.
The 47-year-old starred as fashion-loving writer Carrie Bradshaw in the long-running hit television series and two spin-off movies, but the character will be played by AnnaSophia Robb in a new show focusing on Carrie coming of age in her teens.
SJP told Access Hollywood: "I would never give advice. No, no, no.
"It's like someone giving romance advice or parenting advice. It's such a unique experience, playing a part and I'm sure they found someone wonderful."
But the mum-of-three admitted she will be interested to see a young Carrie in The Carrie Diaries, which is due to air later this year.
Asked if it would be fun, she said: "I'm sure it will be, definitely."
The Carrie Diaries is based on the novel by SATC author Candace Bushnell and will follow Carrie in high school in the 80s.
