Unfortunately for Milla, the model's enthusiastic swirling combined with the wrong camera angle caused her to suffer a rather embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.

Despite her bum-flashing, Milla looked super chic in a flared LBD and matching black stilettos. Let's just hope they choose a different swirling shot when it comes to the final cut...
