Will Ferrell has reprised his role as Ron Burgundy for Anchorman: The Legend Continues and the first teaser was leaked onto the internet today.
Filmed on the sly in a movie theatre, the clip sees Burgundy, resplendent in his red suit and white loafers, flanked by cronies Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Champ Kind (David Koechner) and Brick Tamland (Steve Carell).
The clip, screened ahead of the film which is set to hit screens in 2013, was posted on Buzzfeed but was removed almost immediately, presumably over copyright concerns.
It is being unveiled before certain views of studio stablemate The Dictator over in the US.
Luckily it's also landed on YouTube and we were entranced to hear Burgundy flirtatiously asking us to “Get ready to ride the Palomino stallion,” as he lifts a coffee cup to his lips.
Kind, reprising his ever-present cowboy hat, chimes in with: “We’re gonna be broadcasting from a hot tub full of scotch.”

Cut to Burgundy asking: “Hey America, ain’t this an old-fashioned shot to the nutsack?”
