Heavily pregnant Chantelle Houghton is living on her own in a furniture-less flat in Essex, where she is sleeping on the floor, according to newspaper reports today.
The model and TV personality is said to have left the £600,000 home she and Alex Reid shared and returned to the property she already owned after he 'did something terrible.'
Chantelle, 28, is due to give birth to their daughter in a matter of weeks. She has recently been photographed looking stressed going about her daily chores, whilst Alex has been on tour with the stripper based play Wildboyz.
She has reportedly told her friends that 'enough is enough', although she would not reveal exactly what 'terrible' thing Alex had done. A source close to her told the Sun on Sunday that she was 'devastated' by the split.
The mole claimed the couple parted company last Wednesday, the day the former Big Brother star cryptically tweeted "Karma is a b**** and I'm so glad it is cos people only find out how much of a b**** it is when its too late and they've hurt u".
Alex's website administrator however was insisting on the Alexreid.co_website Twitter page today that all was well between the cage fighter and his pregnant bride-to-be, tweeting: 'Newspaper reports saying Alex Reid and Chantelle Houghton have split are untrue. The couple are very much together and in love x'. Alex re-tweeted the message via his own Twitter account, but did not add any messages admitting or denying the claims.
A couple of hours later, his website admin tweeted again, revealing the couple would be appearing together on tomorrow's This Morning programme...
Hmmm, well it keeps us all guessing, doesn't it?! Whatever is going on though, all this stress can't be much good for Chantelle's blood pressure at this stage in her pregnancy!
