Those poor One Direction girlfriends have a rough ride. Not only do they have to put up with the the bands' crazed fans (and often their death threats) but they have to deal with their boys being half way across the world most of the time.
And as the lads arrived at London Heathrow yesterday destined for America again, it was an emotional farewell for Louis Tomlinson and his girlfriend Eleanor Calder.

Eleanor came along to wave her boybander boyfriend off as One Direction head off to the US for six weeks as part of their Up All Night tour.
But there was more smooching, cuddles, holding hands and long, meaningful looks than there was waving.
How's about that as a warning to those American girls to steer clear?
Zayn Malik is also leaving behind new girlfriend, Little Mix's Perrie Edwards.
But he kept his mind off his heartbreak by playing with one of the band's tour entourage's little'un as they waited to check in. Cute or what?
And if reports are to be believed, Harry Styles is saying goodbye to new ladyfriend Emily Atack.
It was reported over the weekend Harry has started seeing the former Inbetweeners star.
A source told The Mirror: "They've been getting to know each other and keeping things quiet but they're close."
The boys take to the stage tomorrow in Uncasville, where they will be supported by fellow X Factor alumni Olly Murs, who is hoping touring with the lads will be his big break in America.
And given that it has just been announced the boys have sold over two million copies of their debut single What Makes You Beautiful in the States, it's no wonder Olly wants a slice of that success.
