There are two sorts of Lauren Goodger pictures that land on our desks - the ones where she is looking particularly skinny or the ones where she's had a few too many.

So it was double trouble when these snaps came to light.

Lauren was out with the rest of the TOWIE crew in Essex before she continued the party at Anaya nightclub in London.

She was flaunting her newly trim body in a white figure hugging dress as she rocked up at the club posing for the cameras.

The results are courtesy of a strict weight-loss management programme she put herself on after seeing snaps of herself on holiday in Miami earlier this year.
