British rockers Blur were paid just £300 to perform in London's Hyde Park to mark the closing of the Olympic Games.
The band played a huge gig in front of tens of thousands of fans on Sunday at the same time as the closing ceremony for the London 2012 Games, which took place at the Olympic Stadium in the UK capital.
However, frontman Damon Albarn has revealed they didn't make any money from the event as they were paid just £300 to take the stage.

He tells British newspaper The Sun: "Guess how much they are paying us. Three hundred quid. When you divide that by four and add publishing (fees), management and tax, it's down to about a quid. But that's not why you agree to do it."
Albarn admits he embraced the opportunity to play the gig to celebrate the Olympics with Londoners, adding, "In the sense of the Olympics, it's nice to get involved and celebrate this amazing city. Everyone's feeling pretty good about London and I'm there with that because I love this city."
