Tom Daley Reveals David Beckham's Words Of Advice As They Pose For Facebook Picture

Golden Boys

Tom Daley already has an Olympic bronze medal to his name, but if they were giving out medals for good looks, we can't decide whether he or his new pal David Beckham would take home the gold.

The pair posed for a super cute photo after Becks supported the 18-year-old at the Men's 10m Platform diving final on Saturday night, which saw Tom come third.

"Was great to catch up with @TomDaleyOfficial after the event last night, so happy for him after the year he's been through," David wrote as he posted the photo on his official Facebook page.

After Tom took home the bronze medal, which he dedicated to his late father Rob who died of brain cancer last year, he told BBC Sport of how Becks had been texting him with words of support and advice.

"He wanted to wish me well and to say keep your chin up," Tom said.

"David was asking how I've been feeling, giving me advice about what to take out of the synchro. He was kind of asking me the right questions, telling me it's not that bad and that I can come back."

Becks was seen in the crowd with his sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz on Saturday to cheer on Tom, and was elated when he took home a medal.

Goldenballs isn't the only celeb who's come out in support of Tom. A certain Cheryl Cole has resumed her Twitter flirting with the diver.
