'Outside Bet': Exclusive Clip From The British Comedy (VIDEO)

EXCLUSIVE: Watch Phil Davis Trick His Wife In 'Outside Bet'

Outside Bet, a British romantic comedy starring Emily Atack from The Inbetweeners, Jenny Agutter, Phil Davis and Bob Hoskins, is out on DVD Monday and we've got a clip from the film for you above.

Set in the days when Fleet Street printers were fighting for their livelihoods during the Thatcherite high noon of union-bashing and lockouts, the film sees a life-long group of friends find themselves at the bad end of a redundancy pay-out and invest their savings into a racehorse, hoping that one final race can turn their fortunes around.

Hoskins recently announced his retirement from acting due to Parkinson's disease and this film shows him in one of his last roles, as another 'diamond geezer'.

Hoskins was last seen on-screen in Snow White and the Huntsman playing Muir, one of the eight dwarves.

The 69-year-old star of Who Framed Roger Rabbit has enjoyed a career spanning four decades.
