Like most mums, Hege Jeanette Oksnes feels lucky to have three lovely children.
But the Norwegian woman has 2.6 million more reasons to be blessed by motherhood – for each time she has given birth, her family has won the lottery!
She had her first child in 2006 just one day after her dad scooped 4.2 million Krone (£459,000). Three years later, Hege herself won, claiming 8.2 million Krone (£884,000) one day before giving birth to her second child.
And last weekend, the 29-year-old petrol station attendant's 18-year-old brother Tord won 12.2 million Krone (£1.3million) - just months after Hege had her third child.
"This is completely insane... we don't even play the lottery that often," she said.
But after three children, it may be time to call it quits.
"My husband thinks we have enough money now," she said.
With her winnings, Hege bought new cars and went on holiday, but she has put most of the money in the bank, hoping to find a dream location to build a new house.
